Tuti takes about 3 hours to charge up to a full battery charge.
how long will tuti work with a full charge?
Most pet parents find Tuti needs to be recharged every 3 days. For continuous use, the charge lasts for about 10 hours.
how do i get my dog or cat interested in playing with tuti
Most pet parents start by introducing Tuti to their dog or cat when they are at home. Playing with your pet and Tuti together helps your pet make a connection with Tuti, so they play together when you are not home. And snacks help a lot!
how do i connect tuti?
• first, install the app. Get the Tuti App at the App Store or Google Play.
• Download HERE. Then create an account by adding an email address, then confirm the registration.
• Turn on Tuti to connect the Bluetooth while you are in the same room.
• Listen for Tuti to say, “Starting.” Press the “Pair” button in the app.
• Confirm the password, if required. Your app will say “Great! Your device was connected!” If you hear the robot say "Please check the WiFi name or password and reconfigure", go to Settings, located in the upper right corner, open the WiFi settings and reconfigure.
• After you complete the initial setup, just open the app when you are away from home. You are automatically connected to Tuti! If you still have trouble, refer to your user manual

the pet treat got stuck in the feeder. what can i do so my dog or cat can get a treat from tuti?
Small, dry snacks are best. Ask at the pet store where you purchased Tuti for a freeze-dried or appropriately sized snack. Wet pet food, such as canned food, will clog up the mechanism, so your pet will not get any treats.
what if my cat breaks the laser pointer?
The laser pointer is made of flexible metal wrapped in plastic. The laser pointer is not easily damaged, but it can be replaced. If your pet is particularly hard on Tuti’s laser pointer, you can go to our website to purchase a replacement at a nominal cost.
